USCPA（美國注冊會計師）考試共有四門科目：AUD（審計）、FAR（財務會計與報告）、REG（法規）、BEC（商業環境）。據說不完全統計高頓USCPA學員平均通過周期一年左右，也有三個月通過全科考試。
科目 考試內容
FAR（財務會計及報告） 財務會計基礎：會計概念框架和監管體制、會計系統、會計系統控制、單一實體會計建賬等相關知識。財務會計：企業、非營利事業和政府組織相關會計準則的知識，及其運用所需技能。
BEC（商業環境及理論） 管理會計基礎、商業數學基礎、商業經濟基礎、商業環境。
AUD（審計及鑒證） 審計程序、一般公認審計準則及其他鑒證相關準則等知識，及運用于執行委任核查所需技能等。
REG（法律法規） 道德、公司治理與商法基礎：商業與職業道德、倫理沖突、公司治理、美國法律及其他國家法律、合同法、勞動法、企業管理與融資等相關知識。
